The deal, plainly
Lynk is business software provided under a direct agreement with each company. Your company controls its workspace and the data in it; we run the service. No payment is taken in the app.
Your account
You get an account because your company invited you or authorized a workspace for you. Keep your password and devices secure, provide accurate work-account information, and use Lynk only for work your company is authorized to manage. Workspace administrators can see company-controlled data, including workday check-in times and customer visits, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your company's responsibilities
Your company decides who may join its workspace, which roles they receive, what customer and employee data is entered, and which external channels are connected. Your company is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any workplace notices required for that use. Users must follow their company's policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lynk to break the law, harass people, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, evade access controls, probe another workspace, or process data your company is not authorized to use. Access may be suspended to protect users, data, or the service.
Service changes and availability
We may update the apps and service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. Any additional service levels, support commitments, warranties, or indemnities apply only when they are expressly included in a signed direct agreement with your company. The aggregate liability cap for these public terms is stated below.
Warranty and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lynk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed direct agreement. Neither you nor the operator has an indemnity obligation under these public terms; any indemnity must be expressly stated in a signed direct agreement.
AI-assisted features
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting, and do not submit data your company is not authorized to process. Your company remains responsible for decisions made from AI-assisted output.
Apple App Store
If you obtain Lynk through Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and the Lynk operator, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, is not responsible for the app or related claims, and is a third-party beneficiary of these App-Store-related terms. You must also comply with the App Store usage rules.
Commercial arrangements
Lynk is currently provided under a direct agreement with each company. No payment is taken in the app. Questions about company access or commercial terms should go to the company's authorized representative.
Leaving and deletion
You can permanently delete your own account from Settings. Your workspace administrator can export company-controlled data or delete the organization, subject to the company's agreement and applicable law. Use the Lynk support route if you cannot reach your administrator.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the operator to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
